Day 01 :

Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater – Game Drive & Overnight at Lion’s Paw Camp

Depart Arusha in the morning at 05:00 AM and head toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After checking in at Lion’s Paw Camp, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. This wildlife-rich area is home to elephants, lions, hippos, buffaloes, zebras, and the endangered black rhino.

In the evening, enjoy the luxury of Lion’s Paw Camp, located on the crater rim and offering breathtaking views, exceptional cuisine, and personalized service.

Day 02 :

Ngorongoro to Ndutu – Scenic Drive & Afternoon Safari

After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro highlands into the Ndutu area — a key part of the Serengeti ecosystem. Check in at Woodlands Camp, a luxury tented camp ideally located for viewing the Great Migration.

Spend the afternoon on a game drive through Ndutu’s open plains and woodlands, observing wildebeest calves, predators, and abundant birdlife. Return to camp for sunset drinks and a gourmet dinner in the bush.

Day 03 :

Full-Day Calving Safari in Ndutu

Main activity: Full-day game drive in Ndutu

Spend a full day exploring the Ndutu plains during the wildebeest calving season. This is one of the best times and places to see nature at its most raw and real. Your guide will take you to various habitats in search of predator-prey interactions, rare species, and scenic landscapes.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild and continue your game drive into the afternoon. Return to camp in the evening for relaxation and storytelling around the fire.

Day 04 :

Ndutu to Arusha – Morning Safari & Return

Drive time: Approx. 6–7 hours
Main activity: Optional morning game drive & return to Arusha

Wake up early for a final game drive or enjoy a relaxing breakfast at camp. Afterward, begin your drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. Transfer to your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure.

Best Family safari with Safari Escort We visited Tanzania as a family of 8 people and had to see Great Wildebeest Migration in Serengeti for the first time.
